Speaker Fabian Núñez, Governor Schwarzenegger, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator David Paulison and San Diego Major Jerry Sanders toured Qaulcomm Stadium which is being used as an emergency evacuation center.
