AB 20 – Streamlining Contract Terms Between State and UC
This bill would reduce the costs and time associated with negotiating standard governmental agreements by establishing a model contract with standard contract provisions.
AB 271 – Helping California YouthBuild Program Grow
This bill would establish eligibility provisions so that California YouthBuild programs may apply for federal aid.
AB 272 - Providing English Learner Development Programs
Establishes English learner development programs for school administrators and counselors.
AB 275 – Funding Missing Persons DNA Database
This bill would fund the Missing Persons DNA Database with the continued availability of death certificate fees.
AB 296 – Informing Parents of Tutoring Opportunities
This bill would expand the efforts by local school districts to inform parents that free tutoring for their children may be available.
AB 297 – Streamlining Peace Officer Background Investigations
This bill would give Police Officers Standards and Practices background investigators access to the Department of Justice's fingerprint database.
AB 316 – Providing Remedies for the Wrongfully Convicted
This bill would give wrongfully convicted persons additional time to seek compensation and would require their records be sealed.

AB 677 – Assuring Prevailing Wage Laws Extend to Workers of Renewable Energy Projects
This bill would trigger a public works, prevailing wage threshold on long-term public-private partnerships that team to build renewable energy installations at schools.
AB 760 – Expanding Orange County Fire Authority
This bill would provide the Los Alamitos National Guard Base with the fire protection of the Orange County Fire Authority.
AB 765 (Caballero, Solorio) - Extending the Time Limit on Tax Credit for New Home Buyers
This bill encourages housing construction and job creation by extending a tax credit for buyers of new homes.
AB 1053 - Reintegrating Juvenile Offenders by Providing Reentry Services
This bill reduces juvenile offender recidivism by allowing those who have either reached maximum age or maximum time in custody to be placed on supervised parole.
AB 1127 – Prioritizing Fire-Extinguishing Sprinklers in School Renovation Projects
This bill would require school renovation projects estimated at more than $500,000 to install life-saving fire sprinklers.
AB 1130 – More Accuracy in Measuring Student Achievement
This bill would revise the school accountability system to include a valid API growth metric that measures the academic progress of the same students over time, an important step toward comprehensive academic achievement measures.
AB 1362 – Establishing Advisory Committee to California Rehabilitation Oversight Board (CROB)
This bill would expand the wealth of knowledge available to CROB by establishing an advisory committee of professionals working within the corrections system.
AB 1370 – Creating Consistency in Prescription Expiration Dates
This bill would require pharmacist to print actual manufacturer label expiration dates on medicine containers rather than one-year default dates.
AB 1439 – Streamlining and Maximizing Gang Prevention Grants
This bill would give broad authority to the Director of California's Gang and Youth Violence Policy to consolidate and streamline state agency grant programs based on evidence-based best practices and need.
