Assemblymember Ted Lieu (D-53) To Participate In “Super Sunday”
The Jewish Federation Of Greater Los Angeles Major Fundraising Event

On Sunday, February 11th, The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles will hold their annual “Super Sunday” fundraising event.  CA State Assemblymember Ted Lieu (D-Torrance) will attend SUPER SUNDAY at two different locations. 

Beginning at 9:30 am, Mr. Lieu will make fundraising calls and greet volunteers at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Redondo Beach, located at 300 N. Harbor Drive. 

Following his visit to the South Bay location, Mr. Lieu will attend the SUPER SUNDAY event at the Jewish Federation’s main headquarters located at 6505 Wilshire Blvd, in Los Angeles.  There he will also make fundraising calls and greet volunteers.  Mr. Lieu is scheduled to arrive at this second location at 10:45 am.

“I support the mission and the work of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and it is my distinct honor to participate in this wonderful event,” Lieu said.  “The Jewish Federation funds many crucial social service programs that address the needs of our poor, elderly and underserved populations.  They also fund excellent literacy programs and community relations programs.” 

The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles is the largest social service organization supporting the Jewish Community throughout the Los Angeles region.  The Federation is the central planning and fundraising body for 18 local and international charitable agencies that offer a broad range of services to the community.
