Assemblymember Curren Price To Host A Public Safety And Anti- Gang Summit On Saturday, June 2nd

Assemblymember Price invites all Neighbors in the 51st Assembly District
 to learn about public safety strategies that help to prevent youth violence

SACRAMENTO – Assemblymember Curren Price (D-Inglewood) announces that on Saturday, June 2nd, he will host a Public Safety and Anti Gang Summit at the Los Angeles Southwest College. Safety experts, law enforcement professionals, and local elected officials will present strategies that have worked in the past to keep urban areas safe. Assembly Committee on Public Safety Chairman Jose Solorio will also be participating at the event.

“There are many tools and strategies available that we can use in order to improve our communities and to make our streets safe,” said Assemblymember Price. “We must work together today with the resources available to create a better and more prosperous tomorrow.”

Assemblymember Price urges all citizens to attend and participate. Parking will be free, and light refreshments will be available.
