WESTCHESTER - On March 10, 2007 Assemblymember Curren D. Price (AD 51) held a Town Hall meeting in Westchester and was accompanied by two of his colleagues, Assemblymember Ted Lieu (AD 53) and LA City Councilman Bill Rosendahl (District 11). Both Assemblymember Lieu and Councilman Rosendahl gave praise to Assemblymember Price: for being a freshman Assemblymember who chairs the Assembly Elections and Redistricting committee, and for recently being named “Legislator of the Year” by the University of California Students Association. “I am gratified and encouraged by the turnout of this community town hall meeting, and especially to see that both Assemblymember Lieu and Los Angeles City Councilmember Bill Rosendahl have joined me in listening to the concerns of our communities. Working together, I am certain that we will be able to make a terrific difference in our neighborhoods and in our children’s futures.” Westchester resident Stuart Garrison (president of Westchester Neighborhood Association) commented on how amazing it was to see Asm. Price, Asm.Lieu and Councilman Rosendahl united by the common interest of their constituents.
