State of the 51st District Address
Hosted by the Inglewood / Airport Area Chamber of Commerce.
Assemblymember Price will go over what he has done and what he will continue to do to make the 51st Assembly District the best it can be.
Due to the current budget crisis, and Assemblymember Price’s desire to focus on helping the community address proposed cuts that will personally impact many 51st District residents, the State of the District Address will be postponed.
Over the past weeks Assemblymember Price has been meeting with officials and District 51 residents regarding the Governor’s proposed cuts. On May 2nd Assemblymember Price, will hold a rally and press conference with residents and community leaders to protest the potential reduction of vital social services and teacher’s jobs as a way to balance the budget.
Details about the Budget Protest Rally will be posted in the coming days.
