AB540 Scholarships (PDF File) - Provides a database of privately sponsored scholarships collected by MALDEF without regard to legal status, no social security number required.

National Teen Leadership Program - Organizes a weekend leadership camp for high school students.
Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project - Organizes a Chicano Latino leadership training conference in Sacramento for high school sophomores and juniors.
Asian Pacific Youth Leadership Project - Organizes a Asian Pacific leadership training conference in Sacramento for high school juniors and seniors.
United States Senate Youth Program – Immerses junior and senior high school leadership students in Washington, DC activities during an all-expense-paid week’s stay and provides $5,000 college scholarships.

Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellowship Program (formerly the California State Assembly Fellowship Program) - Provides stipend fellowships for graduate students interested in public policy in the California State Legislature.
The Washington Center Diversity Leadership Programs - Provides stipend internships for minority undergraduate students in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives.
Barbara Jordan Health Policy Scholars Program - Provides stipend internships with health policy. responsibilities for minority undergraduate students in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives.
Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc., and The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies - Provide stipend summer internships for undergraduate students and year-long fellowships for graduate students in the United State Senate and House of Representatives.
The Morris K. Udall Foundation Native American Congressional Internship Program - Provides stipend summer internships for Native American undergraduate students in the United States Senate, House of Representatives, and the White House.
Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) Mike M. Masaoka Fellowship Fund - Provides stipend fall or spring internships for Japanese American undergraduate students in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives.
