De La Torre to discuss Governor’s budget cut impacts on Healthcare with local community clinics and healthcare providers |

“These proposed cuts would increase the number of uninsured in Los Angeles County, and further widen the gap and our ability to meet the growing need,” said Assemblymember De La Torre. “Local clinics and health centers strive to provide access to quality healthcare for the communities they serve.
