Assemblymember Mike Feuer has introduced legislation that requires first time and repeat DUI offenders to have a dashboard breathalyzer installed in their vehicles for several months. The bill, AB 91, creates a pilot project for DUI offenders in Alameda, Los Angeles, and Sacramento Counties. The bill was approved unanimously by the Assembly with no opposing votes.
