Arambula to Hold Mobile Office along with HCD’s Titling & Registration Program at Villa Fresno |

Assemblymember Juan Arambula (D-Fresno) today announced that his staff will hold “Mobile Office Hours” along with the California Department of Housing and Community Development at Villa Fresno on April 18. “As Fresno’s representative in the State Assembly, I am committed to providing the highest quality of public service possible,” Arambula said. The Department of Housing and Community Development’s Registration & Titling Program will also have a mobile registration site as a convenience to constituents. The HCD Fresno district office closed down in December of 2004, and mobile registration sites started in January of 2005. The mobile registration sites travel throughout the Central Valley to offer state services. HCD staff will be available to makes changes to the mobile home titles, such as change of ownership, add a name, and transfer of the title. At “Mobile Office Hours,” constituents can receive assistance in dealing with state agencies, as well as other information. Services offered include: copies of legislation, legislative committee rosters, information on the Legislature and the legislative process, assistance with Renters/Homeowners Assistance Programs, consumer complaints, state pamphlets, state budget information, and consumer protection information.
