Macrh 10, 2008 - Woman of the Year 30th Assembly District
Assemblymember Nicole Parra and Speaker-Elect Karen Bass honor Patricia Cowles as Woman of the Year from the 30th Assembly District. The award was given during a ceremony on the Assembly Floor to commemorate extraordinary women in California actively working toward making a difference in their respective communities.
