| On August 7-10, 2006, Assemblywoman Parra hosted a delegation of Central Valley community leaders as part of the 2006 Valley Leadership Institute (VLI), in Sacramento.
The purpose of the VLI is to promote interest in the formation of public policy, to provide meaningful access to decision makers, and to help facilitate a working network of leaders in the 30th Assembly District. Speakers at this year’s VLI will include Administration officials, legislators, and advocacy groups. |
