Aline Sanchez - District Director
Aline Sánchez is a long time resident of Salinas. She graduated from Salinas High School, attended Hartnell College, and earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and Management from San Jose State University. After graduation, she began her career working in the non-profit field. She is a Leadership Salinas Valley alumnus and is currently taking classes towards her master's degree in Business Administration. In 2007, she was named the “Woman of the Year” by the Salinas United Business Association. Her professional goals are grounded in her personal commitment to help people.
Millie Perez - Field Representative
A long time resident of Gonzales, California, Millie attended Gonzales High School and co-founded the school's first women's soccer team. She successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Global Studies at California State University Monterey Bay. While at CSU Monterey Bay, she studied abroad at the Technológico de Monterey Campus Queretaro in Mexico. At that institution she completed intensive course work to improve her writing, reading and speaking skills in Spanish. After completing her bachelor's degree, she returned to Monterey County to work as a program coordinator for a drug and alcohol prevention program. In 2006, she was the assistant campaign manager for Wiley Nickel, candidate for the California State Senate.

JR DeLaRosa - Field Representative
Born in San Jose and raised in Hollister, JR is a long time resident of the 28th district. He graduated from San Benito High School, attended Cuesta College and earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from San Jose State University. During his last semester at San Jose State, JR participated in the Sacramento Semester program as an intern for Assembly Member Joe Coto. Upon graduation, he was honored with a California State Assembly resolution for his contributions to the legislative process. After graduation he moved to Garden Ridge Texas to gain experience working in the home mortgage industry helping homeowners avoid foreclosure and better understand the lending process. JR joined our office in March of 2008.

Rebecca Alcantar- Field Representative
Rebecca Alcantar graduated from Watsonville High School in 2002 and continued her studies in International Relations and Socio-cultural Anthropology at UC Davis. In 2004 she had the opportunity to pursue studies in the Mandarin language at Beijing Language and Culture University in China. After receiving her bachelors degree in 2006 she moved to China where she worked and studied for over 15 months. She initially worked as an English teacher in Suzhou and Shanghai while studying Mandarin. She then moved to Hangzhou where she interned in the UN co-sponsored International Network on Small Hydropower non-profit organization. She has been working as a Field Representative since March of 2008.

Lisa Belnas - Office Assistant
Lisa Belnas was born and raised in the City of Salinas. Prior to assuming her position as the Office Assistant for Assembly Member Caballero, Ms. Belnas worked for Partner for Peace, a violence prevention non profit agency as the Office Assistant. She has great passion to help parents and at risk youth.
