WHAT: Assembly Bill 1365 (Ruskin) sponsored by Controller Westly and supported by the Pacific Institute will be heard in the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources. The legislation places Greenhouse Gas Emission reduction standards, mirroring the Kyoto Protocols, into the state’s environmental planning document.
