Assemblymember Torrico will be participating in two local health fairs.  The free events will be held in Fremont and Hayward, providing low-cost health insurance enrollment and a variety of health screenings.

Health Insurance Enrollment, in partnership with Raquel’s Kids, will be offered.
Applicants need to bring:

• Birth certificate or Green Card
• Proof of Address
• Proof of Income
• If you don’t have legal residency you may still qualify for insurance!

Free Health Screenings:

• Diabetes
• Blood Pressure
• Pediatric Screenings
• Body Mass
• Weight
• Height
