(Sacramento) –  They’re already used extensively in Europe and Asia and now high speed rail may be on the fast track to helping California move swiftly into the next phase of travel. California State Assemblymember Cathleen Galgiani has written legislation to make sure the money from the $10-billion bond measure that’s scheduled to appear on the November ballot is spent wisely.
