Assemblywoman Fiona Ma with Member Agencies of the California Partnership to End Domestic Violence (CPEDV), the State Domestic Violence Coalition of 200 domestic violence agencies together with Marivic Mabanag, Executive Director of CPEDV, Mrs. California, Tracie Stafford, domestic violence survivor-advocate and legislative staff during the Heart to Heart: Domestic Violence Legislative Advocacy Day at the State Capitol.  Assemblywoman Ma delivered the Legislative Welcome to 150 participants and Chief of Staff Bill Barnes received the 2007 Legislative Staffer of the Year Award.
