Lowering CA’s High School Dropouts
The high school dropout rate in California is unacceptable and it is absolutely critical that we address the issue quickly and aggressively. The Select Committee on Lowering California’s High School Dropout Rates will work with those closest to the problem to produce viable results and make sure successful solutions are being shared statewide.
The first hearing will be scheduled to be held in June 2009. Local educators, administrators, business leaders and other interested parties are all welcome to attend.
