The 9th Assembly District includes nearly the entire incorporated area of the City of Sacramento south of Interstate 80, across the north of town, as well as that portion of the un-incorporated part of the County north of Mack Road and west of Power Inn Road. More specifically, the boundaries are Interstate 80, the Sacramento River, Power Inn Road/Ethan Way, and the southern City/County boundary.
