The Legislative Black Caucus (LBC) will host the first in a series of Town Hall meetings to convene African-Americans throughout California to listen to the issues important in each region. Also in attendance will be the Chair of the Legislative Black Caucus, Assemblymember Mervyn Dymally. It all begins tonight February 9th at 6:00 p.m. at the Behavioral Health Resource Center, 850 East Foothill Boulevard, Rialto from 6:00 8:00 p.m. There are only 6 African-Americans in the state Legislature and all of them are from Los Angeles County.
