• What is the best way to enhance legislative oversight of state agencies—budget subcommittee process, policy committees (or policy subcommittees), appointments process, or Sunset Review process?  Which works best where?
• How could enhanced legislative oversight ensure state agencies are providing necessary, quality services as efficiently as possible, are accessible to the people of California, and are providing an effective forum for citizens to seek redress?
