Summary of Committee’s Preliminary Conclusions/Recommendations and Outline of Prospective Work Plan

• Submit for the Legislature’s consideration a set of recommendations for immediate action.
• Outline those areas where bipartisan support exists for reforms that might require two-thirds support, including those reform measures that must go before the voters.
• Outline those areas that will require additional work of the Assembly and Senate Select Committees on Improving State Governments and provide a proposed work plan to continue their work.
